The Engagement Manager must explore new age technology horizons as well as newer IT and business models in the client’s
industry/domain. Also, prevailing industry issues and any inflection points must be considered. Based on these, the
engagement team must identify and register innovation ideas that the Client can use for a competitive edge. The ideas
can be generated on a regular basis or through agreed events such as hackathons, innovation workshops, etc. The ideas
should then be prioritized based on the value they generate and also the feasibility of implementation..
